Okay I am taking a quick poll today...do you get the flu shot? Do you make your kids get the flu shot?
Tomorrow at work they are giving a free shot to employees. I am hesitant to get one. I am not a big fan of needles! But I will suck one up for the team if need be.
When the boys were little, I did make them get the flu shot but last year I do not believe I ended up doing it.
I am just wondering if I am the norm by not getting it!
I OPTED NOT TO GET THE SHOT!!!

I don't get the flu shot. I probably should not say this out loud, but I don't usually get sick. That is my excuse (I prefer no needles also)!! I also find excuses for the boys, well, actually I just never schedule anything and then it ends up being too late. So they don't get them either. How old do the kids have to be to have the flu mist instead of a shot? That seems more tolerable to me, but I obvioulsy haven't spent any time thinking about.
I don't but I don't know if you could consider me norm.:)

I was going to post this question myself. I only got the flu shot one time and it was when I had just gotten over strep throat. Needless to say, I came down with the flu almost immediatly. go figure. I have not given the shot to my kids....yet....still on the fence.
